Main Ingredients
- 2 cups grated raw potatoes
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon butter for frying
1. Grate the raw potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, mashed potatoes, flour, milk, egg, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add butter.
4. Drop large spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly with a spatula.
5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
