Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage mild or spicy
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the sausages and set aside. In the same skillet, add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  4. Add the bell peppers, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Return the sausages to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, or until fully cooked.
