A classic Italian sub sandwich loaded with meats, cheese, and veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 4 sub rolls
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup banana peppers
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise.
2. Layer the meats and cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and banana peppers.
4. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the veggies.
5. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
6. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and serve.
