  • 4 slices white bread
  • 2 tablespoon Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  2. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl. Mash them with a fork.
