- 1 cup Cornmeal

- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour batter into the skillet, forming small cakes.
4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
5. Serve warm with butter or syrup.
