Korean BBQ Sauce Recipe

- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Gochujang
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and honey.
Whisk the ingredients together over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in sesame seeds.
Let the sauce cool before using it as a marinade or dipping sauce.
