- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
3. Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and let it simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
4. Serve the beef over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
