Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and let it simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  4. 4. Serve the beef over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
