Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 jar Marinara sauce
- 12 pieces Lasagna noodles
- 16 oz Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Add marinara sauce to the beef. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce. Add a layer of noodles, then a layer of ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
