Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
