  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings split and tips removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the lemon zest and lemon juice. Drizzle over the baked wings and toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
