- 2 lbs Chicken Wings split and tips removed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the wings out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon zest and lemon juice. Drizzle over the baked wings and toss to coat.
