Limoncello Recipe
A classic Italian lemon liqueur that's perfect for sipping or mixing in cocktails.

- 10 pieces Lemons organic
- 1 liter Vodka high proof
- 3 cups Sugar
- 4 cups Water
Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
Place the lemon peels in a large jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal the jar and let it infuse for 7 days.
After 7 days, strain the vodka to remove the peels.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let it cool.
Mix the simple syrup with the infused vodka. Bottle the limoncello and store it in the freezer.
