Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Lemons organic
  • 1 liter Vodka high proof
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
  2. Place the lemon peels in a large jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal the jar and let it infuse for 7 days.
  3. After 7 days, strain the vodka to remove the peels.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let it cool.
  5. Mix the simple syrup with the infused vodka. Bottle the limoncello and store it in the freezer.
