Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef liver
  • 2 large Onions sliced
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse liver and pat dry. Slice into thin strips.
  2. 2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge liver in flour mixture.
  3. 3. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Remove onions from pan and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, add liver and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Return onions to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
