Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lobster cooked and shelled
- 2 cups Fish stock
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add the fish stock, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add the cooked lobster meat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer back into the pot.
6. Reheat the bisque gently before serving. Enjoy!
