Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked lobster meat chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 4 Hot dog buns split-top
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.
  2. 2. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter.
  3. 3. Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. 4. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
