Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Manicotti shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the filled shells.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
