Manicotti Recipe
Delicious homemade manicotti filled with ricotta cheese and topped with marinara sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Manicotti shells
- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large Egg
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook manicotti shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the filled shells.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
