Marinated Chicken Pita Sandwich

Marinade
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Chicken
- 500 g Chicken Breast, sliced
Sandwich
- 4 pieces Pita Bread
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomato, diced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion, sliced
- 0.5 cup Tzatziki Sauce
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken slices for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Warm the pita bread in a pan or microwave.
5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing grilled chicken slices, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce inside each pita bread.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
