Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ lbs flank steak

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. 4. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. 5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
