Meatballs
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite pasta or sauce.
