  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Ketchup for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
