Mexican Casserole

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- 1 cup Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Rice cooked
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, salsa, and cooked rice.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
