Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions 

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add mint leaves and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  6. Strain the syrup to remove mint leaves.
  7. Store in a bottle and refrigerate.
