  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy grits, beaten egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
