Mississippi Slugburger Recipe
A classic Southern burger made with a mix of beef and soy grits, deep-fried to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Soy grits
- 1 Egg beaten
- 0.5 cup Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- for frying Oil
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy grits, beaten egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
