Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 1 cup White Rum
  • ½ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup Simple Syrup
  • 2 cups Club Soda
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions 

  1. In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Add the rum and stir well.
  3. Fill the pitcher with ice and top with club soda. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with extra mint leaves and lime slices if desired. Serve immediately.
