  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar granulated
  • 1 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 2 oz Club Soda
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a highball glass.
  2. 2. Add the lime juice and rum, and fill the glass with ice.
  3. 3. Top off with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
