Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • ¾ cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add yogurt and olive oil, mix well.
  3. Gradually add warm water, knead until dough is smooth.
  4. Cover dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 8 balls, roll each into a flat oval shape.
  6. Heat skillet over medium-high heat, cook each naan for 1-2 minutes per side.
