  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for rolling

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and rice them.
  2. Mix the riced potatoes with butter, cream, and salt. Let cool.
  3. Gradually add flour to the potato mixture until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough into thin rounds on a floured surface.
  5. Cook on a hot griddle until brown spots appear, flipping once.
