  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, beaten egg, flour, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Scoop about ¼ cup of the potato mixture and shape into a patty. Place in the hot oil.
  4. 4. Fry each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
