- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the chicken on the rack.
Drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
