Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pint Oysters shucked with liquor
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add oysters and their liquor. Cook until edges of oysters curl.
  3. Stir in milk and cream. Heat until just about to boil, but do not boil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
