Instructions
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add oysters and their liquor. Cook until edges of oysters curl.
Stir in milk and cream. Heat until just about to boil, but do not boil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
