Pan-Fried Asparagus
Quick and easy pan-fried asparagus, perfect as a side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic minced, optional
- 1 lemon cut into wedges, optional
Wash and trim the asparagus.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add garlic, if using, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
