- 4 fillets Tilapia about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges
1. Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
