  • 1 cup Orzo
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Stir in the orzo and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve warm and enjoy!
