Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Ditalini Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, cannellini beans, ditalini pasta, dried oregano, and dried basil. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until pasta is tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
