- 8 oz Noodles
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 cup Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.), sliced
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
In a pan, sauté the vegetables until tender.
Add the cooked noodles and peanut butter sauce to the pan with the vegetables. Toss to combine.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
