Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin sliced into strips
  • 2 medium Red onions sliced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup French fries cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Aji Amarillo paste
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add onions, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir-fry until onions are translucent.
  4. Return beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and aji amarillo paste. Stir well.
  5. Add cooked French fries and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
