Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly Steak Sandwich with tender beef, sautéed onions, and melted cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 unit Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
3. Add steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
4. Place cheese slices over the meat and let it melt.
5. Toast hoagie rolls in the oven or on a skillet.
6. Fill each roll with the steak and onion mixture. Serve hot.
