- 1 lb Chipped Ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 4 unit Hamburger Buns
1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
2. Add the chipped ham to the skillet and mix until the ham is well coated with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
