Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Dip chicken pieces into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
