Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk room temperature
- 2 eggs room temperature
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Add the melted butter and mix again.
Fill the muffin tin cups about halfway with the batter.
Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F (230°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
