Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pork chops

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. 3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. 4. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. 5. Grill or cook pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. 6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
