Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper.
2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated.
3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard the marinade.
5. Grill or cook pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
