Pork Fried Rice Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup diced pork
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.
2. Add the remaining vegetable oil to the wok. Add the diced onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced pork and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Stir in the frozen peas and carrots, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir to combine.
6. Return the scrambled eggs to the wok, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
