- 4 lb Pork Shoulder
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary, chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
