  • 4 pieces Pork steaks about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the pork steaks with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  3. 3. Add the pork steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. 4. In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  5. 5. Remove the pork steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
