Instructions
1. Pound the pork pieces to about ½ inch thickness.
2. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
3. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some oil.
5. Cook the pork pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, adding lettuce, tomato slices, and the cooked pork.
