Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 units Sandwich buns toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 unit Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the pork pieces to about ½ inch thickness.
  2. 2. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some oil.
  5. 5. Cook the pork pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, adding lettuce, tomato slices, and the cooked pork.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
