  • 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
