- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Unsalted butter cold, cut into small cubes
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ⅔ cup Cold water
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add cold water, mixing until dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll into a rectangle.
Fold the dough into thirds, like a letter. Roll out again and repeat the folding process 5-6 times.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
