Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoon Melted Butter
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
