Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A classic Reuben sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, grilled to perfection.

- 4 slices Rye bread
- ½ lb Corned beef thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- ¼ cup Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. On the unbuttered side, spread Russian dressing.
3. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on two slices of bread.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
