- 1 lb Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
