- 1 pound Breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt

1. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
2. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the gravy thickens.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over biscuits.
